RESERVATIONS: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. You may also mail a check to the Essex Inn at 2297 Main Street, Essex, NY 12936. Reservations will only be guaranteed upon receipt of your deposit. Please take note of our cancellation policy prior to booking your stay.
RATES:Room rates are subject to a 8% New York sales tax, and a 3% county room tax. Nightly room rates are for single or double occupancy. In rooms that accommodate more than two people, additional guests are billed $50 per person, per night. Room rates include an off-site breakfast.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Check-in time is 3 pm., and check-out is at 11 am. Let us know if you need to make alternate arrangements for check-in or check-out time.
CANCELLATIONS: Because the Essex Inn has only 14 rooms/suites, cancellations affect us dramatically. We require 60 days notice for cancellation. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance of arrival date will be fully refunded less a $75 processing fee. For cancellations made within the 60 day period, we regret that no refund will be issued unless we are able to secure another reservation for the room (the processing fee would still apply.)
SMOKING: The Inn, Restaurant, and 2310 Main Street Suite, including the porches and grounds, are non-smoking. If smoking occurs there will be a $250 cleaning fee added to your invoice.
PETS: Pets are not allowed. Please make other arrangements for your pets if you plan to stay at the Inn.
